The announcement shares details of the center’s many banqueting halls and reception venues. Each room brings a unique charm, thematically decorated in homage to Spanish cities and cultures. For special events, clients can choose to use Meridian’s event planning team or organize the party themselves, including bringing in outside vendors.
Among these venues is the Seville Ballroom – a generously sized hall offering 8,200 square feet of floor space with warm white indoor lighting and decorative chandeliers creating a special atmosphere for special celebrations. This ballroom features two dressing rooms for guests and family.
Capacity-wise, the Seville can comfortably host 250-300 guests in a banquet-style arrangement. This stretches to an impressive 500 for theatre-style configurations. The main hall measures 80 x 80 feet with a permanent stage area. This provides a 16 by 36-foot space for entertainment, speeches, or seating plan placards.
Also included in the hire price is access to the private prep kitchen with facilities for reheating and serving food. A separate load-in entrance makes it easy for caterers or entertainers to bring their equipment in without disturbing guests. A projection screen is also available for use.
For smaller and more intimate gatherings the Madrid or Cordoba ballroom venues still offer plenty of scope and versatility for a memorable Quinceanera party.
